Here are some pointers to prepare yourself and your horse for a massage! Before the appointment: • Schedule the appointment at a quiet time of the day • Plan the location of the appointment • The horse will need to be lunged for the dynamic assessment • The location needs to be clean and spacious • Fill out and send required forms maximum 48 hours before the appointment • Note any questions you have The day of the appointment: • Notify me of any change in your horse’s health • Clean and dry your horse. This includes the legs • Avoid using any products like fly-spray or show sheen if possible During the appointment: • Minimize your interactions with your horse like petting or giving treats during the massage • Do not hesitate to ask me any questions during the appointment!
